I did Part 0002 again with no mistakes.
The chamfer is about 0.2mm under size. I don't think this will be a problem.

Can I ask you what is this piece for? A new machine? :D
I'm not in the CNC business myself but I have this blog in the bookmarks and I came every now and then, maybe it's because I like open source and mechanical engineering :D, anyway I'm happy that there are people out there doing some OS coding for mech. eng.

Dario, they are for a friend of a friend, for a student project at Southampton University. This part is called "camera mount". It is number 2 of 11.
